Working with parts information

Once you select a model, a list of available parts is displayed in the bottom window pane.

Parts viewer tabs

There are two tabs located below the parts list including the Model Parts tab and Illustration Parts tab.

The Illustration Parts tab is displayed by default and allows you to view only the parts for the currently displayed illustration. The Illustration Parts tab is selected in the screen example above. You can also view all of the parts for the model selected by clicking the Model Parts tab.

The number on each tab indicates the total number of parts in the list for that tab. In the example above, there are 199 parts for this model, 32 of which are shown on the current illustration.

Parts viewer fields

The parts viewer fields will change slightly depending on which tab is selected. You can expand or reduce the width of any field by clicking on the separator bar between each field and then dragging the field to the desired width.
