Using GEA IPC
It is helpful to have GEA IPC running while viewing this support site so that you can easily identify the program functionality that is being covered.
Viewer layout
The GEA IPC 4 parts and illustraiton viewer uses a tri-pane window layout. This layout allows you to view model, illustration, and parts information simultaneously. Each section of the viewer is described below.
Model information
In the left window pane, you select a model.
Directly under the model selection area, the program displays a list of available illustrations for the selected model.
Illustration information
In the right window pane, the program displays the illustration for the selected model.
Parts information
In the bottom window pane, the program displays the parts list for the selected model. You can view the illustration in detail, view the parts list by model parts or illustration parts, or search the parts list for part descriptions or part numbers.
